PRODUCT DESCRIPTION
1. Principle
This kit is based on the specific reaction of antibody-antigen and immunochromatography, the aflatoxin m1 in milk sample compete for the antibody with the antigen coated on the membrane of the test strip.Then after a color reaction, the result can be observed.
2. Applications
This kit is only for screening test and rapid qualitative analysis of the aflatoxin m1 in milk sample. quantitative analysis should be further confirmed with other method.

5. Notice for Operations
Seal the bottle after taking out required strips; Please use the test strips within 1h; Don’t touch the membrane of the strip; Don’t use it repeatedly, only once.
TECHNICAL SPECIFICATIONS

1. Bring samples to room tempertature( (20-25?), Mark them. |
2. Take out required test wells, mark them. |

3.Take 200ul test sample into the wells. |
4.Use the tip to absorb the milk sample for 5 times to mix the sample and the reagent completely. Start the timer when the mixture is pink. Incubate for 5mins at room temperature (20-25?) . |

5. Insert the test strips into the wells with the MAXend fully dipped in to the mixture. Incubate for 10mins at room temperature (20-25?) again. |
6. Take out the strip and judge the result according to test results. |

6.Test Results Aflatoxin M1 (-): Line C and Line T are both red, Line T color is deeper than Line C . Aflatoxin M1 (+): Line C is red, Line T color is the same as or lighter than Line C or no color. Invalid: Line C has no color. In this case, the test will be invalid. Note: If the strip result needs to be recorded, please cut the foam cushion of the “MAX” end, dry the strip, then keep it as files. 7?Specificity |
